2 friends talking at the bus stop –a girl is telling her friend that she has bad news-her boy friend is cheating on her
(Lisa and jenny walk to toward their local bus stop, chatting among them self about general stuff)
Lisa: So you going to that party on Saturday?
Jenny: No, aim going to see my boyfriend.
(Lisa rolls eyes)
Jenny: why do you hate him so much?
Lisa: have my reason, anyways let’s talk about something else
Jenny: we are best friend, and best friend tell each other everything, so tell me
Lisa: no, I don’t want to hurt you, and you deserve better
(With a hesitation) jenny: tell me what he has done!
(Now at the bus stop)
Jenny: you better sit down for this den

For an unformatted script this is clear and communicates to the reader all the appropriate information.
